Die Arbeiten dazu erfolgten noch 2010, und nach Vorabinformation der Baufirma erfuhren wir, dass ca. 75 cm Oberboden ausgetauscht werden müssen. Dazu das Angebot von Fischer-Bau zum Bodenaustausch: mehr als 11500 Euro, ohne Abfuhr des Bodens. Derartige Reserven haben wir leider nicht mehr, und das Angebot erscheint uns sehr hoch. Wir warten daher auf das endgültige Bodengutachten und ein Gespräch mit dem Bauleiter.
