What started as nice with a liaison of fresh oregano, marjoram, rosemary, thyme and sage vermörsert with garlic and sea salt, bound with olive oil - ends up as a filling in a very wonderful way in a fresh parried pork - sautéed, cooked gently in the oven , served with Spaghettini in a red pesto - the perfect symbiosis.
