because a couple of times children are killed in the aare aare .. is now the bank with a fence-only. instead of parents to admonish their supervisory duty seems to be well .. need I think is the wrong signal!
whether now be placed on the whole course of the Aare or fences can also be installed on all rail lines and fences erected platforms even if the main station in Bern fences are beyond my knowledge!
