Mein letzter Eintrag war ja der große Abschied aus Paris. Seit dem hat sich dann auch einiges getan. Ich meine ich hab mich da ja auch wirklich mal schwerst verliebt und hab mir da auch gleich 2 Menschen mitgenommen :-)
Die stelle ich auch mal vor. Also da ist mein großes Schatzi, die liebe ich unendlich. Das war in Paris schon so, natürlich beim Einzug und jetzt noch um so mehr.
Und da ist noch das kleine Schatzi. Das ist der Sohn vom großen Schatzi. Den hab ich auch gaaanz lieb.
Da haben wir schon die erste Änderung! Das Ein-Personen-Haus des Pfandis ist inzwischen ein 3-Personen Haushalt geworden. Gut, das ging dann im Endeffekt ganz schnell und klappt auch wirklich gut.

Zur Erklärung - den Energieausweis benötigt man um die Effizienz der Sanierung nachzuweisen. Das Ist-Ergebnis war natürlich vernichtend. Die Mauern sind zwar 50cm dick, aber der gute alte Deutsche-Ziegel hat halt keinerlei Isolationswirkung. Hieß also dass gut 16cm Isolierung auf die Fassade mussten. Tja, 16cm sind jetzt keine Kleinigkeit, weil im Inneren war es eh schon so dunkel und dann noch die Iso drauf und ich hatte die Befürchtung dass es im Inneren nie wieder Tag wird. Aber gut, eine neue Fassade musste sowiso sein und wenn ich die Förderung wollte, musste das Styropor halt sein.
Als erstes musste ich mich für eine Firma entschieden und alles einreichen.
Das brachte natürlich wieder die schon bekannten Probleme. Die angeschriebenen Baufirmen wollten keine Angebote legen - das war 2009 im Jahr der Wirtschaftskrise! Was wollen die Bauburschen eigentlich? Wahrscheinlich was geschenkt!
Trotrdem konnte ich ein Angebot erhaschen, der Bursche machte auch einen guten Eindruck und die Zusage zur Förderung war dann nur noch Formsache. Naja, die vorläufige Zusage. Obwohl, da hatte der Pfandi wieder Glück, weil es haben sich schon die Gerüchte verdichtet dass die Fördermittel aus sind, aber es war eben doch noch was für den Pfandi über.

Gut der Buster hatte dann auch seine Eigenheiten. Tägliches Kratzen und Beißen gehörten da schon dazu. Seinen Job, die anderen Katzen zu verjagen macht er aber nur bedingt, um es freundlich zu sagen. Aber wir haben ihn trotzdem lieb und sind jetzt schon zu viert!
